PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or the Service.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen.

Zoe and Alexandra LLC accept orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. All orders are shipped the next business day from our location in New York via USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. USPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit.
Zoe and Alexandra LLC ships to all 50 U.S. states.
We currently do not ship to APO or FPO address. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay the shipping time.
We use USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail for all our shipments. Delivery time varies from 1 to 3 days. However, exceptions might apply and delivery time is not guaranteed. Please allow additional shipping time. We are also not responsible to weather related delays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All our orders are shipped using a trackable service. For a delivery update, please log on to the USPS website and enter the tracking reference provided on the dispatch confirmation email.
HOW YOUR ORDER ARRIVES
All online orders are carefully packed and dispatched in USPS Priority Mail medium box with your address label. Nowhere does it state Zoe and Alexandra LLC on the outer packaging.
REQUEST TO CANCEL OR AMEND YOUR ORDER
You can add to, amend or cancel an order only within 12 hours from the time you have placed the order. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a secondary order.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible to file the claim with USPS. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit. We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of shipping service selected, if you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.
We are also not responsible to weather related damage or delays. Once a package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control.
Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. We will not refund for wrong address on your part.
Currently, we are not shipping internationally.
Unfortunately, Zoe & Alexandra cannot offer you any returns refunds or exchange due to the intimate nature of goods.
