Zoe and Alexandra LLC accept orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in New York via USPS. Zoe and Alexandra LLC ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.
Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Priority and Express orders placed before 11:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Priority and Express orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 2~3 days. USPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends.
We currently do not ship to APO or FPO address. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All our orders are shipped using a trackable service. For a delivery update, please log on to the relevant carrier’s website and enter the tracking reference provided on the dispatch confirmation email.
HOW YOUR ORDER ARRIVES
All online orders are carefully packed and dispatched in our signature box. We dispatch orders in an anonymous and discreet box with your address label. Nowhere does it state Zoe and Alexandra LLC on the outer packaging.
REQUEST TO CANCEL OR AMEND YOUR ORDER
You can add to, amend or cancel an order only within 24hrs from the time you have placed the order. If you choose the Priority or Express shipping at the checkout you cannot cancel the order. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a secondary order.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that insure your packages by selecting USPS Priority or Express shipping service to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit you are responsible to file the claim with USPS. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit. We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of shipping service selected, if you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.
We are also not responsible to weather related damage or delays. Once package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control.
Please make sure your address is correct before placing order. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. We will not refund for wrong address on your part. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Once again, we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the USPS loses the package.
All Zoe and Alexandra LLC orders require a signature on receipt. If nobody is home to sign, your order will be returned to the carrier’s local depot and instructions will be left regarding redelivery.
Currently we are not shipping internationally.
Unfortunately, Zoe & Alexandra cannot offer you a return/refund or exchange due to intimate nature of goods.
